Ask Ann
Ask Ann what's for dinner tonight, and you will likely find out it's something she's never tried before...and she's serving it to company!

Ann Yaggie, President and Certified Professional Coach
With more than 19 years of experience as a corporate leader, Ann brings an integrated-systems perspective to any discussion or situation and a straightforward, practical approach to coaching and consulting. Ann's unique and varied career and educational experiences allow her to quickly identify and communicate interrelationships among issues, people, and complex organizational systems. Her positive outlook, energy, and participative leadership style enable her to inspire, motivate, and develop leadership in others.
Intentional Career Choice
In 1989, after earning a bachelor of science degree in dietetics and a master of science degree in nutrition, Ann accepted an entry-level position at a start-up life insurance company while searching for a research position within the food and pharmaceutical industries. In less than a year, she moved into management, where she repeatedly received promotions and participated in all aspects of the business. Two years into her relationship with the company, Ann made an intentional choice–she decided to no longer maintain her registration as a dietitian, fully embracing this new career path.
Experienced Perspective
During her career, Ann held high-level positions in operations, marketing, training, and organization development. In addition, she experienced firsthand the challenges of rapid growth, transition from a privately-held entrepreneurial company to a publicly-traded corporation, and acquisition by and merger with a global financial services organization.
